Unfortunately yet again your courier Evri let's you down. Canvas great but so slow the delivery,delayed for days and thank goodness you protected the canvas as it was dented again like the one they lost

Shipping price was extortionate considering they use Evri to deliver

Actually editing the pics and entering into the template took so long (days) the price more than doubled which was the reason I selected optimalprint in the first place. I couldn't edit the number of pages which was very frustrating and shipping costs were also high. Disappointing experience, I should have gone to KMART for cheaper, quicker and less fuss

The mugs were much smaller than expected and the pictures on the mugs were much smaller than expected. Disappointing to give these as gifts to special people.
