I ordered Christmas cards from optimalprint in 2023 and had a great experience. As a repeat customer in 2024, I was disappointed. My order took two weeks longer than expected, arriving just barely in time even though I ordered on 30 Nov. Also, the left & right margins were much narrower than depicted onscreen, leading to a couple words actually having the last letter chopped off. The front of the card, including three photos, turned out great though, so I might give optimalprint one more chance in 2025.

The price was very competitive, but the cards were smaller and the quality of print much duller than I’ve had with competing sites. Not bad, but nothing to write home about.

Quality of my print wasn’t as high as I would have liked

I had a great deal of trouble using the website this year. It is difficult to know whether or not my projects saved. Once, I had to completely start over on the card.

I ordered 70 Christmas cards and only 40 arrived. When I email them, they acknowledge the error and sent the rest, but they arrived too close to Christmas, so I didn’t get to send . I guess someone just gave the wrong number into the computer
