Not as best quality as I thought I would get

The printed engraving was partially damaged. If I was to personalise a flask again, I would take it to a local engraver and get it done properly. Slight scuff on the flask had wiped the "engraving" off

I purchased the “adventurer flask set,” as a gift for my friends 21st birthday. On the positive, customer service was fast to reply and extremely helpful. I was left very excited upon purchasing my flask. Unfortunately, this feeling left almost immediately after receiving the flask. Upon opening the flimsy cardboard box it came in, I found the contents strewn carelessly throughout. At first I just thought that they had fallen out in transit, but I quickly realised that the foam cut outs in the box could not fit the contents. All I can imagine is that this box was designed with another product in mind, and the company never bothered designing a box for this product. On closer inspection, the multi tools that came with the flask felt thin and flimsy, and while they looked like they should clip together there was no way to actually achieve this. Both the tools and the flask were wrapped in a tacky vinyl material that felt like rubber in the hand and already had visible fraying at the seam. I was left wishing I had just spent $30 in a generic gift shop, rather than the whopping $150 that this company charged me.
