Pathetic service. 17 email exchanges since ordering and the flask is still not here. What a joke.

I emailed after purchasing to get a tax receipt, after 2 weeks I still have not received it. I email again to ask and haven’t even heard back. Can’t call to speak to someone directly, not happy

I ordered a flask with a prescribed name on it for a birthday present - I didn't arrive in time and when I followed up with Alvin - It took another MONTH to get delivered, despite me following up several times with confirmations of my address, postal return and just in general - "hey, have you forgotten about me" emails. Very poor attention to detail and customer service.
