Product a bit banged up. Missing note to customer. Wouldn’t do business again

Took over 10 days for gift to go from Niwot to Chandler AZ ;(!

All of the products were amazing. I was under the impression that there was a package of kitchen towels and there was only one. It may have said that but the photo was very misleading.

From what I understand, the gift package itself was nice. However, it took quite a while (well over a week) to get it shipped and then, at the last minute, the shipping date was changed to even later in the week.

I think the service was fast and I had an issues with the mailing address which it was correct quickly after I emailed the team, but I order an specific basket knowing that the products in it were going to be something the recipient would enjoy… it was advertise as 7 items but the recipient only got 4 items , none of the items received were in the webpage basket description. I can understand that sometimes items can be replaced but it was not what I order or paid for … so I am disappointed and feel I end up paying a lot of money for what it was…
