I bought this gift for a friend who had surgery with the intent of him receiving it when he got home from the hospital. The gift didn’t arrive until a week later. Not much impact at that point.

My gift hasn’t been delivered yet. And it’s now 2 days later than expected delivery.

Ordered on Saturday and still not there.

I was expecting to have this delivered by Mother’s Day

I ordered two Easter bags with duplicate items in each bag. Only 1 bag arrived. I'm very disappointed that only 1 grandson was able to enjoy his gift on Easter morning. I am impressed by how quickly customer service has responded to my email.
