UPS 1Z02W71J0304324386 ORDER #111000 We ordered a gift basket from you guys to send to our client in Florida, and what was delivered looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The online photos show a premium, well-curated basket. What our client received was completely different and frankly underwhelming. For the price we paid, the quality, presentation, and overall value were not even close to expectations. It felt cheap, sparse, and nowhere near “luxury” or “gourmet” as marketed. This was meant to make a good impression on a client, and instead it put us in an awkward position. When you’re paying a premium, you expect the product to match what’s shown online. In this case, it didn’t. At all.

I ordered over 25 baskets and spent over 2000. 00 was told they would be delivered12/15 and just received notice today 12/18 that they were on the way Just be honest in future if I ever use you again

No info provided. No phone number on credit card statement. No information on credit card to reference what was purchased. Horrible info appeared to be a fraudulent charge since no info provided on the credit card statement. I had to cancel my card and get a new one due to your poor misleading business process
