I placed an order then realized that the credit card you had on file was no longer valid. So I called spoke to a representative and she canceled it and placed the same order for me with the correct card. But my bill reflects two exact charges. I was charged twice.

I had a shipment derived

I had a shipment derived to me to see what my clients are receiving, and I wish I would have done this sooner. I was not aware the items were packaged the way they are. I'm very embarrassed my clients do not receive a basket like the ones presented in the picture when ordering. The baskets look low end and not worth the money I paid. My clients are large corporations, and they put all holiday baskets they receive on display, and our basket is not put together, they have to do it themselves.

Bad Package shipping

Customer just received their gift. Unfortunately, the boxes were all opened and they were not packaged nicely (Not Taped). UPS delivery guy had the customer check on everything to make sure all was there. This isn't the type of service for ordering a $300 gift set for the upcoming holidays
