Where's the order!?

Bought a very expensive gift that should have arrived on new year's eve. And now it's not coming till january second. What a disappointment?This was a gift to my client. I'll never use gift tree again

The bulk ordering process itself

The bulk ordering process itself was fairly easy, but communication dropped off significantly after the order was placed. Shipping timing was never clearly confirmed. I paid an additional fee to have our company logo added to the cards included in the gift baskets and was told I would receive a proof prior to printing. No proof was ever sent, despite multiple follow-ups. Ultimately, the logo cards I paid for were not included in the boxes at all. Instead, each box contained two redundant, low-quality printed message sheets with no branding. I have followed up multiple times via email with the original point of contact, as well as additional company email addresses, and have received no response. As of today, I have sent five emails since 12/11/25 with absolutely no acknowledgment. I am requesting a refund for the additional services paid for and not provided. The lack of communication and failure to deliver what was promised has been extremely disappointing.
