I had to pick the date when I wanted this delivered, which was 12/31 and I just got notice it will not be delivered until 1/2. Not happy

The gift basket was supposed to be delivered on 12/24, Christmas Eve. To date, it has still not arrived. Today is 12/28. This is beyond late!!!

This was suppose to be delivered before Christmas. You failed miserably.
