Gift was never delivered to my mother for her birthday and I have no recourse. UPS sent a picture of the WRONG house to confirm delivery and I'm out $160. 00. Everything in the world feels like a rip off and Gift Tree seems to be no different. Can't trust anything anymore.

I was very disappointed in this order!! First off I had asked for my granddaughter to be notified that it was being delivered because no one was at home. Then, not only was no one there, it was delivered to the wrong door that they do not use. After seeing a picture of what was delivered, it was not what I had ordered!! So yes, I am very disappointed!!!

I paid extra to have this item delivered on a specific day, as it was intended as a birthday gift for someone recently diagnosed with cancer. Unfortunately, the gift arrived three days late. I am very disappointed and will not be using or recommending your services in the future. I requested a full refund, but no one has contacted me- not even to offer an apology.
