After charging more than $88 to deliver just two items and confirming a delivery date of September 5, 2026, at checkout, you have now notified me that the order will not arrive until September 8. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The order was placed specifically for a celebration, which it will now miss entirely. Why would anyone pay an $88 delivery fee if the promised delivery date cannot be honored?

Never came- didn’t adhere to the date selected and we are not a week past the delivery date selected- POSSIBLE SCAM DONT USE

I got a delivery confirmation so I texted the recipient to tell her it was outside her house. she said thats weird no one rang the doorbell. she went to check- nothing there. spent $125 on a gift basket that was supposed to be a nice surprise- turned out to be another job for me to wait on hold with UPS to find out where the package is and file a claim, and the recipient went driving around the neighborhood looking to see if it was delivered to another house on the block - what a sh!t show.
