Order #117837 was made with the same day delivery, February 9th, and paid 40$ for this, unfortunately this wasn’t delivered yet. Very disappointing, it was for a birthday that has passed.

My order was delivered two days late - this was a Christmas gift I ordered well in advance for a Christmas Eve delivery.

Less than stellar. The presentation was embarrassing, and the customer service wasn’t any better. The follow up was sending new boxes of candy, I had already given the gifts and specifically said do not send more.

UPS states that the item was not delivered because a code was needed. however they were able to deliver to another address in the subdivision. Gift was returned to to gift tree in charlotte however no refund given. I have two other gifts that were not delivered and one of them at last check was still in Jacksonville Fla. with delayed delivery. The other was supposed to be delivered on a retry and never showed up. Again sent back to Gift tree in Charlotte. I have never had a problem with gift try deliveries in the past. In the future I will give Gift Tree and UPS another chance but if they mess up I will take my business elsewhere

I wish I could tell you. It was never received by my Board Member, Danielle Lewis- McLaurin. Order #115686 was not delivered to her. I would like a refund or send her a basket appropriate for the delay!
