That gift was supposed to be delivered in AUGUST 20th. Why was it delivered May 26th?

My order was due 5/21, but still hasn't fully delivered. There was no communication with me until I begin to ask questions. I will never use this service again.

My order was confirmed May 13th for delivery on the 15th. It is still not delivered and is defeats the purpose of using your services which guaranteed delivery on the 15th. I expect some type of reimbursement for false advertisement
