Received the box for my wife’s birthday on the 19th, but the outside box had a grease fill and when we opened the internal box it was greasy all over. The chocolates were all melted. I will include pictures. Not very happy. I would like to send another box with nothing melted.

Package arrived melted and a horrible mess. The receiver got chocolate all over themselves. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

There is melted chocolate in the box and be advised the box only includes ONE single serve coffee pack, not five (5) as pictured. This was a replacement order for one that came in even worse shape than this one. Neither could be gifted as is.

I ordered my gift weeks in advance of the day that i wanted it delivered. The date was a very special anniversary for my parents and when I checked on a delivery time I was told the gift was discontinued. No one told me that it wouldn't be shipping, if I hadn't checked in then they simply wouldn't have received it at all. When I followed up, the rep said they'd alter the order for an equivalent gift that would be delivered the next day. That didn't happen. Now it'll be getting to the recipients several days after the fact. Really disappointed, they still haven't received the gift and I look like the person who forgot their big anniversary by sending a late gift. Will never use this service again. Only giving 1 star because I have to, but in reality there is nothing I would recommend here. Negative stars should be an option.
