I just placed an order. The send address shows up and then goes away through most of the order process. Not sure you had an address until confirmation. Recipient is in a gated community - no place to add their phone number so the delivery truck can call and get code for access. UGH Need to add this number 503-421-3414

I have sent gifts from you the past several years. This year I had the gifts delivered to my home so we could hand deliver them. When i opened the boxes I couldn’t believe what I was getting. The truffle boxes were broken open. I had to put them back together and the wrap job could not have been worse. The plastic is like Saran Wrap, and the card is in a little manila envelope on yellow paper. Does not say holidays in any way. Needless to say this might be the last year I use your services.

I ordered two different wines some how they received two of the same bottle. One was I believe 12 something and the other 13 something and I ended paying 84. For two bottles of you cheap wines. Never again will I do this . And you sent out the exact same bottle some how I tried to communicate this but never heard back . I feel like you just ripped me off. Long time customer just changing my mind if I will ever order from you again .

I won't be shopping Gift Tree after today. The message you sent me said there were discounts. I didn't get one.

Received the box for my wife’s birthday on the 19th, but the outside box had a grease fill and when we opened the internal box it was greasy all over. The chocolates were all melted. I will include pictures. Not very happy. I would like to send another box with nothing melted.
