On May 14th, I placed an order for my niece for her doctoral graduation and birthday (same day). It was supposed to be delivered on May 16th, but it arrived today, May 22nd. You also didn't include the congratulation message we wrote her.

I ordered a nice basket for Mother's day and paid a premium for a delivery date of 5/8 allowing for an extra day to bssically arrive before Sunday. I got a delivery update stating the gift basket would not arrive until 05/11 Monday. Very dissapointed!!

Timing was horribly off on delivery, and the default "card" they provide is a cheap piece of paper in a cheap little Manila envelope. For the pricing, it's unacceptable in my opinion.

When you pay a handsome amount and choose a delivery date well in advance, it should show up on time. I saw that immediately after ordering one of the baskets I ordered was not going to show up on time. I called well in advance of the date to address this matter and was met with a very apathetic “sorry” with no offer to resolve or rectify the issue. Customer service was not great I won’t be ordering again.
