Not Ideal
I understand this is a busy time of year, and I will say the ordering process itself was very easy. Unfortunately, the experience after placing the order was disappointing, primarily due to poor communication and failure to deliver what was paid for.
Communication regarding delivery was minimal, and more importantly, the custom logo cards that I paid extra for were not included. I was told I would receive a proof of the card prior to the gifts being sent, but no proof was ever provided, even after following up.
Instead of the branded card that was paid for, the boxes contained two redundant and underwhelming printed notes, placed in a small yellow/orange mailing envelope. This was not an acceptable substitute and did not reflect the level of quality or customization advertised.
The overall quality of the products in the gift boxes was also below expectations, but my primary concerns are the lack of communication, the failure to deliver paid-for services, and the absence of any response regarding how these issues will be corrected.
We intentionally sent only a small number of test gifts to a few clients this year to evaluate whether GiftTree would be a good long-term partner for client gifting during the holidays. Based on this experience, it does not appear that we would receive the level of quality, consistency, or service required to move forward. I need someone to reach out and let me know how a refund will be processed for the services we paid for an did not receive and if anything else can be done.
