All went fine until I saw the gift note, which the last line should have been Love, Aunt Pat & Jeff, not Love, Aunt Pat & Jeffees. I didn't want to start all over to correct it so I just left it as is

Basket arrived with a small
Basket arrived with a small tear. I bought this gift basket for my co-worker who was moving to Texas. She told me it's okay since it was a small tear but I wanted to call gift tree but she begged me not too. For the price I paid this should not have happened. This tear was not from ups. The picnic basket was shipped like that. Everything else arrived undamaged.

Deceptive
We received a couple of catalogs from Gift tree with a price of $89. 95 for the classic Good As Gold basket. When we went to order there was no place to enter catalog number or member number and the basket was $99. 95. . . sure it's only $10 but we needed 2 and at Christmas, on a fixed income every penny counts

Who Got It and When?
The customer service could have been better. Being able to fill out an Excel spreadsheet with all the names and addresses was great. My only complaint is that I don’t know the names of the people the baskets were delivered to. I can see the address, but not the name. We had several that went to the same address just a different person. It would have been nice to know who got the basket and when. I asked Summer Quatier for help with this matter, but never heard back from her. We went with GiftTree because we could change the color of the bow and put our company name on it.
