Gift Tree is good and I still plan on using them. But this holiday season I sent 2 of the 5th Ave Wine baskets with personalized cards, and the baskets arrived without the cards. BOTH recipients didn't know the gifts were from me.

Basket arrived on time! Sites variety of baskets are somewhat limited!

All went fine until I saw the gift note, which the last line should have been Love, Aunt Pat & Jeff, not Love, Aunt Pat & Jeffees. I didn't want to start all over to correct it so I just left it as is

Basket arrived with a small tear. I bought this gift basket for my co-worker who was moving to Texas. She told me it's okay since it was a small tear but I wanted to call gift tree but she begged me not too. For the price I paid this should not have happened. This tear was not from ups. The picnic basket was shipped like that. Everything else arrived undamaged.
