Great transaction

I worked with Ryan Tarasen and we discussed various amps features and prices. He provided the insight to me choosing this amp, cables and power plug. The packing and shipping was excellent. I was surprised how heavy the amp was (99 lbs) and the Fed Ex guy had to help bring it in. The big plus for The Music Room is they test the products, disclose any imperfections, and stand behind the purchase. I think you guys have the audio resale model figured out.

It was shipped out quickly and packaged well.

I enjoy the professionalism and knowledge of your staff. John Hayes and Jerry both have been awesome to work with. Reasonable response time based on time zones. You all make it easy to do business with. May cost a little more but knowledge shouldn’t be free. Thanks a lot for everything
