It was a flawless and amazing process. I was able to purchase an item with ease and then after using it felt it was not a good fit for my system. I was disappointed because I really wanted to love the amps. The last thing I ever want to do is send something back. I did and everything went well after speaking with a rep. I am sorry things didn;t work out, but the overall experience was great!
