Quality of the frame is good. Lens is ok. Price is very high for lens powers < -2 sph. Even if you have one eye power < -2 sph, Titan Eye Plus charges 1000 rs extra for such lens. You are basically pushing your loyal customers to try out their competition who are giving better quality lens for much cheaper prices - even for high powers.

The product is not reliable

No update about the order delivery that got rescheduled to 23rd may.

There is no tracking systems and the delivery of order is taking too long time. I'm still waiting for the delivery of order i placed online on 11th Mat'2021. Also there is no update about the delivery status my order reference is TEP-000020010 dated 11-05-2021
