From the day 1 of ordering to till today its pathetic. I ordered the product it was not reflecting on the portal then I raised complain they asked me to wait for first 24 hrs then again for 48hrs. After all this again I complained they said they haven't received the amount, then I shared the Razorpay receipt then they agreed for payment.Again they said they will be raising on my behalf and I will get mail. Nothing was done, again complain raised finally the product was ordered but no update on the portal. Till now I dont know where it is and its more than 15 days now.

Very bad experiance.I am calling at customer care number,but no information about my order.No messages or mail from company regarding my order.IHad booked ordered on 30.4.2021 & there is no information till 11.5.2021 despite regular calling to customer care from 4.5.2021.At last I had cancelled order on 11.5.2021.

If we book the order to customer address they will dispatch to store again we need to send to customer its double work
