Never received product and now they r taking too long to send a refund...

Bought a Dyson Airwrap. Supposed to be new. Tried to register it with Dyson but they said it has already been registered. Messaged Teco buy but have not received a reply yet. I am very concerned that it may be a second hand product or fake

Avoid buying from Tecobuy, I have not received my delivery after over 6 weeks. Even though they acknowledge I haven’t received my purchase they are unwilling to send a replacement or refund me and blame their chosen currier. I have requested a full refund as they are in breach of consumer rights act 2015, this still doesn’t seem to apply to them as no refund has been given only excuses. Luckily I bought this item with my visa so along with speaking to trading standards I can also report Tecobuy to my bank so I can get refunded via Visa. I purchased this present for my mum as a replacement mobile phone, over 6 weeks without a phone and no sign of ever receiving it.
