My item never came

I ordered a mobile phone in early March. It has still not arrived (it's the end of May). Each time I contact TecoBuy, I am given the same message "they are looking into it with the courier". How long does it take??? At least provide me a refund while investigations are ongoing. Won't be using TecoBuy again and will tell friends and family to avoid too.

Just get the run around when trying to return faulty item, will not use again.

Paid 500 euro for a Samsung. 3 months and no phone. Just stalling and lies from customer service
