Ordered an occulus for over £300. Dpd left it outside when I was away. I have no package and there is no help! I wanted a refund or the package and so far after months have neither

I sent an email asking to return item as the wife did not like it, you never replied

I bought a card and reader from Tecobuy. After 3 weeks the reader went faulty (the card is fine). Tecobuy say they will not allow return or replace the reader is only the card is covered by warranty. I now have a card with precious photos that I cannot transfer to my PC without having to purchase a new reader AND card that I don’t need. Rubbish service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not want a voucher for filling in this review, I want everyone to know how bad you are. Mr Angry.

Company isn't actually in UK so if you need to return anything, which I did you have to send it at your own cost to Hong Kong! Difficult to get them to agree to return even when you are well within the timescales for returning an item. Very poor customer service.
