Tecobuy UK

Good product, delivered on time, but with a piece missing, got fed up of sending messages including photos of the manual that clearly identified the missing part and Tecobuy continually arguing about whether the part should or should not have been included. Every time I responded to their message, they came back asking for more, until they eventually wore me down and I gave up!

If I had been made aware it would take almost three weeks to arrive I would have purchased from a UK company that can deliver within a day or two.

It has been over a month since I ordered a watch and it still has not arrived. I keep getting the same automated response from customer service, Tracking ID does not work either.
