Shipping was all right. Parcel came very well packed. You’re customer service dough is very poor. The customer wants all the time to be in contact with his parcel, otherwise he will start thinking that is a scam if no one replies back to him with parcel updates.

Great product but very slow delivery. It took 30 days from the email saying it had been despatched for it to be delivered. Tecobuy do not reply to emails neither. I was really worried I had been scammed but it did eventually arrive.

Purchased a phone, didn't realise we were buying from Hong Kong but that's probably more my fault it took almost 3.weeks.to arrive which is crazy also the customer services were non existent and never replied to my enquiry, having said that the phone came and I'm happy with the purchase just not the whole lack of communication and time of delivery.
