Even in covid times delivery far exceeded what was expected

Order delivered in reasonable time, packaging and product all fine. Would have given 5 stars, but no response from their customer service via email, when tracking information failed, and ticket system also failed.

People in uk dont know about your hong kong holidays which effects the order and deliverys. My order took 12 days and luckly i have ordered 3 weeks before. No quick email respond or any so that again holidays maybe. If you are not a worrie person then ok for you to use this website other wise you could suffer like i did daily. Please pay little extra and get it from company are in uk.
