Awesome store, Matt was very helpful. I will surely buy from this store again. Concerning the rme babyface pro, i love the device. I would like to have them install a on or off button on it. The leds light up even when the computer is turned of.

Pleasant enough experience Would not hesitate doing business again

Took well over 2 weeks from Sydney to Tamworth. Had a delivery from another music store from Melbourne and received it in 4 days. Not sure which delivery service you are using but it's way too slow. And it's not the first time. Another time I ordered a mic pre and had to open an investigation as to it's whereabouts. After 3 weeks it was left on my doorstep in full view of the street. A $2,500 item left out in the open. You guys need to give your delivery service a kick in the backside. They can't keep blaming covid.

This review is going to be a Luke warm and I will be very happy to amend it to a 5 star rating as and when the issue I experienced is resolved. My issue was that I received a faulty product from SoundsEasy. The Music software installers for one of the products didn't work and I had to go to the international developer to resolve the issue. The team in the US resolved my issue but then stated they would get the reseller to send me a working set of USB installers. Ive yet to receive these. The transaction from SoundsEasy was seamless and the staff were very friendly and professional via the e-mail comms that I had with them. When I receive the working installers, I'll update the review to a 5 star. Cheers

Decided not to purchase an item and could not work out how to delete from cart and kept getting emails to finish purchase which was slightly annoying, oh well!
