Sounds Easy

Still waiting for my item,3 weeks overdue. Auspost says it is coming between such days and doesn’t happen. Tried to track my item but they say no such number. All I can say is that if Auspost is so bad right now why don’t you send them by private careers.

Delivery took several weeks, when I was told it was 2-3 days and in stock each time I called for updates. It was impossible to get accurate info updates.

Took my order for a newly released guitar pedal for immediate delivery then shut down their warehouse for 3-4 weeks so delivery extremely late. Lots of apologies but still a deliberate action from the company. Unlikely to purchase from Sound Easy again as the trust level is eroded

Brought a bide frequency shifter listed as available only to discover its back order

I received a used preamp in an open box, returned it for a new one, got the same preamp in an opened box with new packaging a couple days later. Tested it and it works so I gave up and kept it. Weird experience. Usually great
