Sounds Easy

I used the chat option. The software said that if the chat got disconnected, I could expect an email reply. I didn't get one. My subsequent experience with the salesperson however, was very good. I would definitely shop here again. Thank-you.

Honestly service was great. Easy to navigate the website, someone always picked up the phone during opening hours, and the delivery was pretty quick (I guess that depends on where you live though). The whole confirmation thing with the small amount of money was a little annoying but honestly overall, you don't really care once you get the items you bought. So a good experience, I recommend, and yeah... thanks for reading.
