I purchased an interface from Sounds Easy which didn't work with my PC. A few emails were exchanged regarding help with the device but when all else failed, they had no worries with me returning this device. They also have great deals and the cheapest prices I've seen here in Australia. Will always use Sounds Easy for my musical gear when I can.
