Compassion quick service professional and listened to me what more can you ask for. Im very unwell currently, trying to get back playing guitar for therapy but still hard after head injuries. Had a issue with product and no questions asked send it back team replied after giving advice on proper usage first but once I wrote to let team know I was unwell and the simplest instructions are beyond me they really stepped up with service and kind words of getting well. I may not buy a product for a while but when I do its from here for the kindness shown.
