I sent warranty an email with photos of the issue, an received an immediate response from Shady Leigh... I could not locate my receipt, and the rep sent out a replacement anyway. I have been buying only Galaxy phones because I have to have a Rokform case. Their mounting system is the best, even better with the BAM magnet mount options now. I have also had a couple experiences where I have had to work with customer service on warranty replacements and they have been outstanding. They stand by their warranty, and take care of you quickly. Most recently I had to have my S7 case replaced and they had it to me within 2 days. Loyal customer forever.
