I love my case!!!! It is awesome I love the magnet. Just not 100% satisfied with the belt clip im on my 3rd one but the customer service is great.

I have been purchasing cases from RokForm for a few years for all of our phones/tablets and I have had great success with all products. The RokForm employees are all great to deal with. We have recently began using the motorcycle mounts and I have told everyone I meet how great they are. Keep up the great work!

This is how a company should function. Ordered several items including a new case and some accessories. They incorrectly shipped a different item than I ordered. I contacted customer service by email and they quickly shipped out the replacement item no questions asked. While I haven't received the replacement item, their prompt reply to my inquiry and the "no questions asked" manner in which they rectified their mistake, expemplifies how a company should treat their customers and demonstrates what an amazing company this is. Customer service is priority #1 and Rokform understands this. They have made a lifelong customer as far as I'm concerned.

I had an issue with my bike mount, a piece of the lock broke off. I emailed customer service on Sunday, got a replay first thing Monday morning and received the replacement part under warranty on Tuesday. Can’t beat that. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Very pleased with the product and the support. I would highly recommend their product.

I contacted Rokform in regards to my case having a defect. Customer service got back to me with in 24 hours asked for a couple of details. I provided the details and a decision was made to replace the case with in hours of my response. A new one is on it’s way. Not only that, I have an offer for a % off my next purchase which I had already been looking at. I have to say it is nice to see a company back its products and have such a great responsive customer service team. You do not see this in many company’s now a days. You have me as a customer for life and I will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks again -Greg
