It's been almost 2 weeks now and I was given "misinformation" and was told it was being shipped a while back. Now your website says you have "in stock" but my case still not shipped. Thanks

I just receved a new battery which is great but plugged it in and the same connector broke to my iPhone

The water resistant skin is a poor design. No matter how I put it on the phone, once the case was put on, the skin would wrinkle at two corners and along two edges. Due to the nature of the design, there is no way to get the skin/case on without the wrinkles. When I contacted customer service, they were nice and tried to help and even said they'd send out a new skin. This implies the skin was defective which it is not. The skin/case design will always have wrinkles.
