The original case and the two replacements they sent me all fell apart. They assured me that they had fixed the problem but the last one fell apart again. I finally got tired of returning them and bought a Quadlock.

Not happy with the result of my call. Sent the wrong attachment piece and told me I'd have to purchase the correct one. I worked w a rep when I purchased this to ensure it would work.

Kind of disappointed to learn that the kickstand - a very necessary feature of my case- was discontinued. Some notice might have been nice so I could have planned ahead would have been great Now I'm left stuck trying to figure out how to watch my iPad on a plane

Terrible customer service experience

I find it frustrating that companies like rokform cater to Iphone users while offering little to no options of the same type and/or quality to people who choosenjoy phones other than Iphone. I went with universal products from another company that meet my needs.
