I love your products but I can't give you 5 stars since you've never made a case for my phone. Step out of the box a little guys. Note series is a pretty popular phone and now I have an s7 edge and still nothing.

I've loved my s7 stem/ case holder on my bike, and car, for 6 months. Sadly the rubber that grips the phoneis increasingly poorly fitted to the plastic case meaning that normal road wobbling was enough to throw my phone from its (very well locked and secure!) case and into the road during a cycle this weekend. It's going to be an expensive replacement phone so, as much as I love the Rokform case/ stem I just cannot recommend it at this time.

I was impressed to find out that my belt clip was replaceable. Im not sure why expected to get an entirely new belt clip but I guess the part that was broken could be replaced. The problem is I don't have the tool to remove the skews. So now I have to go to the hardware store to find a tool that I shouldn't have to buy due to faulty equipment. It's an inconvenience for me and it has cost me more money, time, and irritation. The part that was sent is loose and doesn't hold my phone securely in place. It was a waste of a shipment and my time. I'll have to call customer care again.

I'm a long time costumer of rock form, but lately I'm so disappointed on the last order because it takes to long to delivery until now I still didn't receive my order it's been 2 mouths now, and the website is a bit hard to use specially on email and respond
