I started using RokForm back when the Samsung S3 came out. Currently have 5 pro bike mounts and have had numerous cases through the years an loved them until recently. Ever since you guys started with the crystal clear cases you have went hard downhill. These cases do not stand up for very long without falling apart, I'm on my 4th one in a year and now out of the warranty period. Unless you have an I phone, these new cases are pretty much junk in my opinion.The customer service is great but they have to be to keep people coming back. Please bring back the original quality I fell in love with!!

I searched for IPad mini 4 and purchased the product that came up. When I received it, it turned out the case was for IPad not iPad mini. I received RMA but I have to pay shipppng that is half the amount of the product.

Lame payed for something didn't receive. First iP5c case arrives for 39.00 same price as my iphone 5 case. iP5c arrives without the rubber perimeter that the iP5c instructions say to "peel back rubber perimeter carefully." I call customer service they agree to send me another one. Second iP5c case arrives without rubber perimeter again. iP5c instructions still say to "peel back rubber perimeter carefully." I know there should be a rubber perimeter because my iphone 5/5s case arrived with one no problem. I call customer service again and this time I am informed that the iP5c case which is for an iphone 5c does not come with a rubber perimeter??! The instructions say there should be one. The case needs one for impact resistance if phone should be dropped. It also needs the rubber perimeter to aid in holding the case together. Without it, one good bump on my motorcycle and the case could come apart sending my expensive phone flying! Why does ROKFORM charge the same amount for both iP5 and iP5c cases? The iP5c is clearly offers inferior protection. A discounted price is in order for an inferior product.

My car mount broke and I needed a replacement.. I did not receive anything for the trouble it caused.

I would really like it if you could have a case with items that can attach to the case. I would like those for less common phones like a Samsung galaxy light.
