I have bought 5 ROKFORM cases over the last few years. I received a case with a defect. Instead of offering to send me a prepaid return label. Customer service wanted me to pay an additional money to ship back the case so I still have a brand new defective case in the box.

I had previously bought iPhone 6, 6+ and iPad cases, all of which were great and arrived quickly. On Oct 6th I purchased an iPhone 7 predator case which was supposed to ship in November. As of December 17 I have no information as to what is happening. I contacted the customer service 10 days ago and was told they are shipping next week, which obviously never happened.

I've gotten LOTS of Rokform products and they are great. But the website credit card processing is clunky, and I've been waiting for a new iPhone 7 case because Rokform "ran out." That shouldn't happen.

I have nothing that states my order - where is it?

Bought the Predator for my iPhone 6 Plus. Loved it. Wanted one for my new iPhone 7 Plus. Sent emails which were met with "sometime in November". How can a business no know when, when they manufacture them? Just a tad irritated. Nice product, not so great service. If grading on just my iPhone 6 case, five stars.
