I’ve been a RokForm customer for several years, and use many of their fine products…primarily cell phone cases. If I have one complaint it's the high cost of RokForm’s aluminum iPhone cases. Regardless, I’m sold on RokForm…and will continue to protect any future iPhones with their cases.

I have a Galaxy S5 and the option for cases is extremely limited. I wish there was a wider range of selections like you have for the I phone.

I think your employees are excellent..professional,polite and follow through...I was surprised,however,by your prices..I lost the aluminum case and the magnet from my phone and was told a new replacement part was 80 without the magnet....the entire case was 108 so to me the math didn't make sense...I was also given the option of used parts which would only have been 30, but since I wouldn't know the condition of the part, I opted not to take advantage of that offer, however, again, I was very impressed with the customer service person..I'm sure she had no control over your pricing...Her name was Samantha...I will also say, you make the best iPhone case ever and I have been through many other brands..I plan to purchase another ne one when I upgrade my phone in the fall...

The phone cases are quality stuff! I mount my phone in truck on my mtn and road bike with a quick twist and its locked to stay no matter how rough the trail is.Chargers, charge cords, back pack batteries are all junk. I just called a week ago about warranty on back pak and was told you dont have them anymore but you would do somthing to help me out and never heard a word. It was a cool idea but the worst 100 bucks i ever spent. Just stick to the cases

I love Rokform products.... quality stuff. I will buy again. Quality is a 5 star. The customer experience is in need of improvements. No online comparison between products, my online account is no longer valid I had to sing up again, phone support seemed in a hurry to get me off the line, I was supposed to recieve a notice of shipment (never got), I paid extra for 2 day delivery... showed up 3 days later, orders place over the phone don't show up on your online account, reaching out to customer service online chat resulted in "nobody available"... provided a email address to email, I emailed and got no response for over 24 hours, I emailed back on my order confirmation and didn't get a reply until the next day. The quality of the products, the magnetic cases with the Roklock connector combined with the best motorcycle handle bar mount on the market is why I'll continue to buy Rokform products.
