My battery pack stopped working (just the integral cable) and I simply called and Rokform sent me a new one. Granted I was well within the warranty period, but no hassles whatsoever!

The iPhone bike mount is rock solid on my road bike. Also, the external battery keeps the iPhone going on long rides while I'm using the Ride with GPS app and that used a lot of power. Lastly, while at a stop, my bike was knocked over and the connector from the battery to the iPhone broke. Rokform's customer service rep (Samantha) responded to email very promptly ( even on a Sunday) and by Monday a replacement battery was on its way to me at no charge despite the damage having nothing to do with a manufacturer defect. That's very impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend the products and the company.

Rokform's customer service is great, but I'm not too impressed with the iPhone battery pack. They have replaced three for me, after the Lightning connectors broke off. The connectors appear to be extremely fragile

Rokform are great cases and if i have ever had any problem with them, I have called you and you promptly send a replacement. I can't see myself ever straying from Rokform cases. I would like to see Rokform make a holster for the various cases other than the clip that you currently sell. The only downside to that type of belt clip is that it makes the front of the phone face outward making the phone susceptible to damage.
