A friend of mine had an awesome looking phone and I asked about it. It was Rokform. I ended up looking at their website and immediately fell in love with the cases. I haven't used another brand for the past 3 or 4 years. I liked the fact that on the earlier model cases you could choose the colors and really customize the case to your liking. All I've ever had were the polycarbonate cases. Haven't upgraded to the machined aluminum yet. One day. One of the other selling points to this company are the phone accessories! What a great selection! I have the bicycle goose neck adapter, the Rokmeister clip, two of the charging cords and two of the car chargers. I love them all. To top it off, this stuff is made in the USA. What more can I say? Rokform is the best!

I had a problem with part on shield case Called customer service had part within couple days . Thank you

They've replaced a few broken cases and magnets. They really stand by their products!!!

One of the four tabs of the plastic part on my bike mount broke off. The mount still worked and held my phone solidly but I wanted the extra assurance of a like-new mount. So I called Rokform and they asked for a picture of the broken part. A replacement was mailed to me very quickly and my mount is back to like-new condition. Thanks!

Had a small issue with my iPhone 6 slim case Sent them an email with a pic and a new case was shipped out to me immediately! Thanks you!
