Works and fits great.

I ride a lot and really like this mount as it mounts to the stem. my phone stays securely mounted. Customer service is quite good and promptly responded when I emailed them regarding the an issue I had with a plastic piece that broke. Rockform's customer service exceeded my expectations in addressing my issue with their product. I recommend this product to anyone with a road bike. I can't recommend it for a mountain bike application as I've not used it like that yet. I plan to test that application in the next few weeks.

I ordered a Motorcycle phone mount, but I made a small mistake in the shipping address, which I did not notice until AFTER the product had shipped. I notified the support team and they did all the right things (1) to retrieve my shipment when it was returned undeliverable, and (2) to ship it to the corrected address. THANKS VERY MUCH!!!
