Hope the product is good I'm sure it will be I have been using Rokform products for over 5 years and only issue I have had is with my current clear case it has sorta started to come apart on the sides after a year of abuse lol Cheers Ryan S

On a recent ride, my Rokform battery pack's lightening cable end broke off as I was putting the rubber strap over the phone and battery. It was a complete accident, I reported it as such and almost immediately a reply was received to my question about if it could be fixed. Rokform is sending out another battery pack. To my surprise really. I cannot say enough about the company's customer service/support. The product was only less than 5 months old, but replacing it outright goes above and beyond in my opinion. I've spent a nice little sum over a couple orders with Rokform, but would have no issue spending more in the future and/or recommending the company to others. For myself, customer service will win me over every time and Rokform has not disappointed in this regard.
