Did u send a new strap?

I've had a motorcycle mount from rokform for a few years now and could not be more pleased with it's adaptability, ease of use and it's secure retention qualities. The plastic 4 tab locking device has broken on my mount twice and each time I've called customer service and they've promptly sent me a repalcement part. They might consider designing a metal locking tab and have a totally perfect mount.

My case wasn't properly fitting anymore I spoke with a rep to trouble shoot the issue & she promptly sent me what we think should fix it

I live in NZ. I bought a v3 bike holder and after 3 years of good use, the holder broke. I let Rokform know and they sent it me a replacement on the other side of the world - easy! But the best bit was I had two secret wishes I didn't tell them - I needed it fast so I could use it for a bike race and I wanted a spare in case it happens again. The fulfilled both wishes. This happened a couple of months ago. Yesterday my phone was stolen. I've bought a new one and ordered a new case for it from the US - well worth the wait! I am a very loyal customer - just one more thing, could you get a local distributor to make it easier to get (the shipping costs as much as the cover!!) Cheers John
