I have had 2 issues with my Rokform mount since I bought it. The first time I somehow lost the magnet inside the case and the secind time the little plastic tab snapped off. Both times I emailed customer service and they sent me the new part (in triplicate) the next day, for free, no questions asked. I wish every company stood by their products this way and responded so quickly. I cant recommend them enough!

Just bought my 2nd case and it fits my new phone perfectly. Ordered over the phone and service was excellent.

Nice design but the attachment point on the mount itself has twisted and it doesn't hold the phone on anymore. Used it once and had to remove the phone and put it in my pocket mid ride. Disappointed considering the price.
