This rack is disappointingly fragile. The joints and hinges are flimsy, the glass door doesn’t line up properly and as we delivered to client we kept it wrapped in a blanket but while we mounted noticed all kinds of scratches and dents.

These work just fine, but the design is a bit awkward for a permanent connection. In PS2 mode, one cable sticks out due to the extra length of the PS2 adapter. When used in USB mode, it is required to keep the PS2 mouse connector disconnected, and it just hangs there.

Talked with your people on Wednesday. I ordered your usb cord and an adaptor. Two different orders because I needed the adapter. There was supposed to be someone that could help me get it working on Thursday. I stayed home all day Thursday waiting for someone to help me. No call. No call today. I will call my embroidery company next week. If I can’t get the cord to work I will have to return the cords.

I paid for a liftgate delivery. The trucking company called and said they were coming on a Wednesday by noon. I called them at 12:30, they said they were close. They never came. Their excuse was they were using a dock truck and could they bring it the next day. I said no. I had to get them to call you so I could go to their location to pick up the unit. I don't know where the ball dropped but I didn't like it.

Rack delivered different that what was pictured and ordered online. No response when I reached out about issue.
