The newer Cisco switches and routers are much longer then the rack. These rack extension work well for our needs.

It did what we needed and arrived as pictured. Overall a pretty slick mounting solution. Would give 5 stars if the switch were mounted to the right instead of the left. This would allign it with ports on other rack mounted Meraki equipment like the MX firewalls and 24 port switches.
