I am generally pleased with Rackmount. I would appreciate more technical information on a 2-post rack that I purchased. There were several additional parts included with the item without explanation regarding these parts.

Only two issues I have with ordering from your company. 1. I would like to be able to ship my orders freight collect. 2. when you are out of stock We can't place the order until it is back in stock. Other than these two issue... Rackmount is a valued supplier.

Well enough I guess. Shipping courier used are less than desirable but that’s not your fault.

I always receive great service when I call with questions. My orders arrive on-time and do not have any issues. The website is easier to shop than many others, as long as I remember my password!
